Scrawny to Tennis Fit

I am at my best when I am consistent in following the disciple’s standards..
I will try to prevent times when I neglect my God and forsake the precious truths in life..
I will enjoy my work by finding employment where I can solve problems using tools like the latest technology.
I will find enjoyment in my personal life through spending time with my wife..
I will find opportunities to use my natural talents and gifts such as seeing the good in others, singing, and dancing..
I can do anything I set my mind to. I will develop the first human computer which will allow your eyes to be your monitor and your fingers and ears and mouth to be your mouse, speakers and microphone so that you can do more with that 90% of your brain..
My life’s journey is doing the things that matter most for and with my family because by doing so it will enable me and my family to have eternal life and to have true happiness..
I will be a person who is a loving, caring and understanding father and husband, a man of God, a man of integrity and of principle. I will be the kind of person that takes the time to get to know you and helps you feel like the most important person in the world. I am trustworthy and loyal..
My most important future contribution to others will be giving myself enough time to do things right such as spending quality time with family, caring for others and serving my neighbors. I will accomplish this by trying to do the little things well such as taking good care of my health and staying incredibly disciplined..

I will stop procrastinating and start working on:
Exercising regularly.
Sleeping about 8 to 9 hours of sleep.
Have good nutrition and diet by having hearty meals and drinking 32-64 ounces of fluids a day.
